
If you fall into the category of someone who likes egg salad sandwiches, this recipe is for you. A few notes on the recipe- I didn't have fresh dill (who does?), so I used a little dried, and I didn't have fresh lemon juice, so I used bottled. And it still turned out great. My husband also liked adding a little mustard to his sandwich. Do what makes you happy ;). We ate them on Orowheat sandwhich thins and I thought they were a great high protein and filling lunch.
