I had been doing so well, and then a few weeks ago, had to return to work (far from home) and ate my feelings.  It was astonishing how quickly I packed on the pounds I had just worked so hard to lose.  This motivated me to get into some new dietbet games and give myself some more motivation.

I'm back on track and after much deliberation have even decided to give up popcorn. That for me is a huge step, so hopefully it ends up being a little bit of a health boost in the end.
