- So today was a long day for me and I find that around 8:00 started to get a headache and I had nothing to eat but some peanuts. I am not sure if the headache was from the pressure of the day, lack of food or just normal fatigue with dieting. Has anyone experience this since we started. The difference I did notice tonight iis that I had a lot of energy, yet relaxed, but it could be from the tea that I drank. As you can see I am still up to do this blog while relaxing in bed..

Sign in to CommentSo are you saying that the only thing that you all day were peanuts!! That's not good, need more than that to sustain you, no wonder you had a headache. Try to prep your meals and have small meals throughout the day.
