Well, I am feeling quite fed up and frustrated with myself. I had surgery two years ago that required some decreased activity and rehab. Quite simply, I have not gotten myself back in the swing of my usual exercise routines and I've finally hit the wall on excuses and frustration. So, I'm looking forward to a month of intense and deliberate focus. I know that once I'm exercising consistently, healthy eating follows -- I crave it. So, here I go. This will be the kickstart I desperately crave and need.
