Worked out Wednesday and this morning...only 2 days this week...yes i have been a lardbutt...but NO MORE! It feels GOOD to make those muscles work! it feels good to easily carry stuff. it feels GOOD to drink water after i work out and have a sweet pear-not a sweet bun that will go to my 'buns'. ;) It feels good to sit with good posture and not slump and have an achy back!
