I did my first DietBet in January (4% in 4 weeks), and managed to lose about 10 lbs. However, one month into my Transformer, I put it all back on with interest.
Going into month two of my Transformer, along with the Jillian Michaels 4% challenge, and hoping to lose it for good this time!
