I've been out of town, so Im beginning a little late, but Im in!
I just did my weigh-in.
I figured out 4% of my current weight and divided it by the 26 days I have left to reach my goal weight. In order to reach my goal weight, will need to lose .23 lbs each day. I won't weigh myself each and every day, but to have this goal and have a number to look for, each time I weigh-in, is a better approach for me - one, tiny goal at a time.
I dont follow a meal plan. I have thought about it - and maybe I should further consider it - but they never seem to be realistic for me and my lifestyle. I want to get into healthy habits that I can make my lifestyle choices and I know Ill never follow a meal plan for life.... Im going to simply keep my goals in mind, as I make my daily choices and try to meet my small goals every couple days. This is the frst time Ive done something like this, so I'll learn as I go!
