I am very excited for this new beginning!  This is my first DietBet, but I plan on doing more until I reach my goal weight, which is between 20-25% of my starting body weight.

I think it's important to list some of the goals I wish to accomplish during these 28 days.  I will accomplish the following:

  • Lose 4% of my body weight in 28 days
  • Incorporate at least ONE salad per day
  • Make a fresh juice or a smoothie most days of the week
  • Allow myself ONE FULL HOUR per day filled with things that I choose:  strength training, core work, walk, yoga, meditation, acupuncture, reading, writing, shopping, etc.  This may be broken into small chunks of time
  • Watch LESS morning TV (and replace it with exercise)
  • DECREASE caffeinated coffee intake (and replace it with exercise)
  • Have some form of body movement between 4-6 days per week
  • To get back on track with taking Reliv Vitamin Shake daily
