Have really been trying not to "Diet" but eat better and exercise more.  I already feel weight obsessive and know this challenge will help me to be on the scale and to watch what goes in my belly.  I know it is time to do less starch and more fruit and to keep the miles going up up up in my training.  Half marathon in a week and marathon in 9 weeks.  My transformation has been going kinda slow, but steady and now it is time to see some more drastic changes.
