How ya getting on darlings?
I've been a DietBet member for over a month now and only just found the blog section. I think this is a great idea because often I have so much to say and it's too much for the activities board. I live in Norfolk, UK so say hi if you are British :)
I really enjoyed my first DietBet and over the moon to beat myself by losing the weight and winning. It didn't take long for the weight to come back on though. Just because you win a bet doesn't mean you can slack and stop eating right. So I joined my second Bet, this time with a higher stack of $30.
So far I've barely watched what I've put in my mouth and haven't exercised. Mainly because I've been working and come down with a cold. It's Monday though and there's no better time to start fresh than a new week. So as soon as I finish writing this blog I'll be on my Wii Fit. What exercise do you do?
I'd quite like to get into running but I don't own a pair of trainers or a really good sports bra (my boobs are 36G so kinda need one).
I haven't done an unofficially weigh in since the beginning of my DietBet so I'll do that today.
