Sign in to CommentJuli, I hope you heal quickly. I hear your frustration at being sidelined, just know we are all rooting for you. I know you will be able to make some good food choices and I am sure with all of us thinking on it we will come up with something to keep you going. PS should have traveled to Canada, hotel service is much better, not sure about the poker though. smile hon!!

Oh Juli, poor thing! What a challenge! AND so far away from home! HUGS and get better soon! Eat healthy and clean. In a couple of days you will start to feel better and you can do some upper body exercises. Until then - lay around and let your body heal!

Well, Juli, I would "like" the post, but I'm sorry you got hurt. Maybe you'll be blessed with a walking cast--or figure out how to run on crutches, LOL. Too bad you got such poor support for the hotel staff. Best wishes for a speedy recovery and declining weight.

As a fellow runner, I totally understand. I injured my hip once and it took 6 months of rehab before I could run again. It was a long, painful, frustrating road. My big mistake was not substituting other activities for running. Once you start to heal enough to do other things, do them. Until then, just try to take things one day at a time. I'm so sorry you have to go through that!
