I haven't done a stat update in a while, so I figure it's time to catch myself up (it's been since mid February, so I definitely needed to check in with myself).

Then I'll go back to my regular "Staturday" updates. 

 

Chest: 36" (-1")

Waist: 29" (-1.5")

Belly: 31" (-1") 

Hips: 39" (-1")

Biceps: 12" (-0.5" on each arm)

Thighs: L 22" (-.5"), R 21.5" (-1.5)

Calves: 15" (No change) 

One month total inches: -7.5" down. :) 

 

Today is a T25 Dynamic Core and Run day. Hoping to get a 5 km run in, but it will depend on what the weather and children decide to do ;)
