My favorite quick meal:

1/3 avocado
1/4 c white bean organic
1/4 c alfalfa sprouts
1/8 c sharp cheddar
1/8 c purple cabbage shredded
1/2 roma tomato
1 serrano chili
1 spinach herb wrap

 

Mash and season white beans and avocado together. Put everything into the wrap, roll and enjoy.
