did nto get to workout but diet stayed on point---still, not the way I want to start off the challenge but hitting it hard tomorrow and the remaining days thereafter!  I believe 4% of 180 is 7-8 lbs!  I'm going ot aim high so I double that and goal is to lose 15lbs in 4 weeks.  Given that I am overweight and bloated, a majority of that weight is probably water and gunk in my tummy.  Now starts the work:)
