wow that was rough but I'm back on track today...

Last wednesday I had a meeting with my personal trainner... She modified my workout routine to switch things up a bit and to give a break to my calf muscle which is having a hard time recovering... Then I trained with her... I didn't have much energy, couldn't quite figure out why but gave it. Y best anyhow... Came back home, and I was reading on my iPad and noticed I couldn't see quite right, I started to freak out a bit but my husband calmed me down.., I ended up having THE worst migraine I even had...I had a migrain with Aura which means that I partially lost vision before I could feel the headache...

The migraine lasted 12 hours, I couldn't do anything more than stay in bed... i couldn't go the work the next day, i had to call in sick... My headache lasted for about 24hours.. On friday I got back to work but I could still feel "fragile" so I ended up taking it easy...  Saturday was much better, but we were having friends over for my husband's birthday and sunday we were running errands and doing all that other stuff we need to do before we start the week... plus I have a cold and my neck/shoulder is soooo stiff I'm having w hard tome rotating my head to the side.. So needless to say, measuring food and trainning was off my agenda... But I'm back on track...

I haven't weigh in today I think I'll wait at the end of the week.. I haven't induldge in anything but I was probably too high in my calorie count for a day or too..

Tomorrow I'm back on my trainning schedule... I'm scared a bit since it ended up pretty bad last wednesday but I know it wîl be fine as I've been trainning for a while so there's no reason that should happen again!

I am not normally making excuses to avoid physical exercice, I actually quite like it as it clears my head and makes me feel great but I think my body was trying to tell me to take a bit of a break.. i think I actually have a lot to handle... I have a reallly demanding job, two kids and a husband, on top of that I'm completing a university certificate and working out 3 days a week for about 1h45 minutes... I think  not only I needed that break but I deserved it..

well this is it for today! Have a great evening...
