For most of us loving ourselves is a tough thing to do. Taking the time to do for ourselves is a foreign concept. We can't be selfish that's not how things work. So we are inclined to put ourselves last..not even near the top. But in order to achieve the goals we set for ourselves we have to say "no" once in awhile to everyone else and say "yes" to us!
It's taken me a long time to learn this behavior. But now that my kids are grown and doing do well its ME time and I plan on taking full advantage! Who's with me!? We've got this!!
