I just started here on Diet Bet....my first one begins on Tuesday.  I am really excited!  I was really inspired by a group on here about small steps.  I am going to take one step each day and then build on those steps hoping to reach truly healthy days by the end of the 28 day bet.  I am healthier now than I have been in almost any other time in my life but over the last couple years I have let some healthy habits go and I have never been at a truly healthy weight.  I need to lose about 15 pounds to get there. 

Today's small step:  reach 10,000 steps on my FitBit.
