I was scrolling through my weigh in images and thinking dang I have come a long way. January 13th Amanda looks so different! And it is true, I do but the HUGE thing is how I FEEL!

I feel so refreshed! I have so much more energy then I've had in years, I have more confidence (now I still have confidence issues, but it is getting better). I am more positive and optimistic about things! Also I am doing more. I've heard this before, but it is so true so I will say it no matter how cliche it sounds. You don't realize how much you have been missing out on, when you're really overweight until you do something about it. 

Some of the Things I have done in the last 2.5 Months:

-Lost 26.8 pounds that is 9.8% of my starting weight! 

- Hiked 9 miles at Silver Falls

- Consistently worn my fitbit since this whole Dietbet started! 

- Purchased a Backpack to go backpacking!

- I'm planning a trip with my boyfriend and dog, backpacking in the Cascade Mountains

-Started a Health and fitness instagram. In case you wondering what mine is: @amandarosegetsfit

- Began taking Plexus and now am an Amabassador for their products! I can't wait to help people get healthy and lead by example!  

- Write a weekly blog EVERY WEEK for the next 3.5 MONTHS! :) (Okay this isn't what I have done, but this is what I will be doing STARTING NOW.) :)
