My game plan: I'm 58 and I am coming up on my one year aniversary on Nutrisystem! When I followed their plan I lost 20 lbs. It wasn't fast but stead and healthy. Fast and Old isn't pretty! I did very little exercise Nov to last week and flip flopped between 2-3 lb gain. I did awesome handling Holiday temptations because Nutrisystem has choices to satisfy them and keeps me full. I carried my food and enjoyed with everyone. Portions, Portions, perfect portions even when eating out. Healthy choices! This game kicks off on the 8th of April just in time for getting back into excercise. We are going to Orlando in a week to 10 days and we are getting Annual Park to Park passes. I plan to go most days of the week. I have my Nutrisystem order set for park friendly food. The park allows a small ice chest, this will keep my day of food fresh and temptations down. In between rides, I will fast walk in my new skechers, put my food in free lockers at roller coaster rides. My wieght Roller Coaster Ride is being replaced! Actuall it was going up and up and up with no downs before Nutrisystem. With the heat doing my 64 oz of water will be easy. 5 door squats in restrooms that I will frequent. Can't wait! I have at least 20 more lbs to lose. I know I can do it because the first 20 is gone forever! Anyone want to join me?

Sign in to CommentI want to lose 10 pounds :) I pulled my muscle in my chest so I won't be doing my intense workouts but I am going to watch what I eat. I am also going to try to do plenty of squatting and walking.
