TODAY I weighed in for the first time and I am down to 124.5 from 131.8.

I am SO happy and I attribute my success to the following:

1. Diet Bet has motivated me to run every day

2. I eat a whole-foods, plant-based no oil added diet. However, I had been eating a lot of sugar, which is not healthly, I know, so when I started Diet Bet I cut out the sugar.

3. This is my first weigh in. And I am glad because I have eaten an entire box of cereal one night and if I had weighed myself the next morning I would have thrown in the towel.

To those who are discouraged, don't give up!!
