Major wake up call when I got home and did my official weigh-in & pictures for Shaun T's Diet Bet. I've gained back half of the 18 pounds I lost last year. Started at 168 lbs., got down to 150 lbs. and now I'm back at 161.4 lbs. 

Now - enough blubbering and onto plans to meet this Diet Bet! I have to lose 4% of my starting weight (6.4 lbs.) by May 1st. Going hard for the next 28 days to lose those 6.4 and then some!

Fight For Air - Stair Climb in 11 days. Firehouse 5K in a little more than a month.
