Keeping fit is a daily commitment for  healthy long term life. It's different for other people, but for me I have trouble managing my food intake. I eat more when no one is watching. I think about food all the time. When I am bored, food is the answer.

I want to develope a healthy attitude with food. I need a support group and I need to be held accountable. For an alcoholic, they can just choose to stop drinking, but we can't just stop eating we have to create a new mind set regarding food. 

It is a mind game. I am ready to set daily goals and meet them. I need encouragment.
