My name is Sajeen and i am a food-o-holic...

I am new to the world of Dietbet but most definitely not new to the world of dieting!  I am sick and tired of losing then gaining..losing then gaining...losing then gaining and gaining and gaining.....

I love eating and i hate working out.  I have no concept of moderation and the willpower to match.  When i get stressed i eat.  When im happy i eat.  When i am sad i eat.  And when i eat...i EATTT.  Appetizers, entrees, dessert...the works! I just LOVEEEE food...

Everyday i wake up fully intending to eat healthy.  As the day progresses i become weaker and weaker and eventually succumb to my cravings.  Every morning i tell myself i am going to the gym.  It hardly ever happens.  Once in a while the "diet" lasts...sometimes a week, sometimes a few months.  Sometimes i lose a few pounds, sometimes i lose 20-25 pounds.  But then something happens, it may just start with one french fry and then... i revert back to my old ways and gain it all back. Classic case of yo-yo dieting.   

I am in serious need of change.  Not just to regain my confidence but for my overall health.  I really feel as though i have come to the right place and am so excited for this challenge!  I find the first few days and weeks to be the toughest, once i start to see results, i get the motivation to continue and the cravings just disappear.  So for now im going to focus on getting back into the groove of having a healthy lifestyle and take it one day at a time.
