I missed my workout yesterday because of a crazy day and long staff meeting (13 hour workday).  I had to miss today because of traveling to a conference. So, I just took a "what can I do" attitude.  While we were stopped at a rest stop, I found a striped in parking spot and started using the stripes to make up leg exercises with.  Lunging from line to line, grapevine in the empty spots, forward jump squats from line to line, fast feet, etc.  I used the nearby curb to do uneven squats and practice my box jump technique and walked around the van in a circles.  I may not have burned a lot of calories, but I certainly burned more than I would have sitting on my butt in the car.
