I am excited to start on my fitness journey.  I am starting by following the 21 day fix.  I have looked up a few recipes and meal plans.  I saw a few pictures of myself from the Blue Ridge Half Marathon and I could not believe I looked so big.  I am about 20lbs heavier than I was last year when I was training for the Marine Corp Marathon.  My husband and I are going to support eachother in this journey.  My goal is to lose 25% of my current body weight and tone up.

Im hoping these dietbets will keep me accountable.  I also have a great group of coworkers who are joining for at least the first month.   LETS GO!!!!
