We all have to find something that works for us. I struggle with staying motivated. I slump for a few days and then before I realize it I've lost a week of progress and I'm right back were I started from. I have a huge sweet tooth and I get moody when I haven't gotten a sugar fix. Cutting sugar out has been hands down the HARDEST thing I have ever done. I'm at a point where it is me or the cupcake. It literally holds my future in it's sweet little grasp. I've turned to DietBet to help keep me on track, I'm also using Beachbody products. I've found that I do better in a group setting where I have people encouraging me and helping me succeed. I've decided to start coaching so I can help others too! I drink Shakeology every day and have been so surprised in how much it has helped with food cravings and energy.
