The scale has gone up for 3 days in a row now. I know, I know, random fluctuations I shouldn't worry about! But it did spur me on to really focus on my goals for today, and I nailed them!

 

Step Goal: 20k Did >24K

Miles Goal: 8 m Did >9.5 m

Active Minutes Goal: 2 hrs Did 3hrs

Calorie Goal by now: 2480 Did 2670

Water Goal: 115 oz Did 140 oz

Veggies/Fruit Goal: 5 servings Did 1/2 c Blueberries, 2 1/2 c Baby Carrots, 1/2 c Snap Peas, Apple w/ Brie, 1/2 c Raspberries, and a handful of Pecans

 

So I'm feeling great about today! It was gorgeous, I got good walks in with wonderful people, I treated my body right... We'll see what the scale says tomorrow. For the purposes of DietBet, of course I want to see it go down. But for the purposes of my ultimate goal of true HEALTH, today is how I want to live my life.
