I stepped on the scale this morning and realised that it had finally happened, I am officially a stone heavier. As someone that has struggled with weight and have lost it in the past, I went into maintenace overdrive, anything to make sure I did not end up were I was before, this led to obessesing, severe dieting and binging which brought me to where I am now.

I joined dietbet as kind of a last resort to lose these pounds and will be joining the maintenace challenge when it is up and running. 

As an ex pro dieter that I know of  many unhealthy ways to make the weight drop but I am making  personal decision to do this the healthy way. No calorie counting as it leads to obession,

  1. No weighing of food as it leads to obsession
  2. No extreming dieting
  3. No eliminating entire food groups
  4. No extreme exercising
  5. No starvation diets.

The plan will be to eat what I like at reduced portions and make healthier choices, more fruits and veg and most importantly drink more water and around 30 minutes walk a day.

 

Will keep you posted on how I get on.
