What are some of your strengths and weaknesses? This is the question asked at every job interview since recorded history. We all try to make one of our weaknesses a strength, believeing we are cunning whilst never fooling anyone. However, I believe this question is a one we must ask ourselevs truthfully when it comes to weight loss.

What are your strengths with weightloss/dieting? Where is it efforless for you? This could be water consumption vs soda, a love for running, the ability to cut out sweets. What can you give yourself a pat on the back for? Mine would be my hatred for fast food. I never touch the stuff and even though I'm not trying there, I'm applauding my strength for warding off those caloric gold mines.

What are your weaknesses with weightloss/dieting? Be real here. I love soda, I struggle to give it up and I'm basically there. I haven't had a Coke in so long, I preffer Perrier now (God bless carobnated water) but if I have just one sip, I'm back on the band wagon. I also adore scones! I love mine with clotted cream, lemon curd or strawberry jelly. Give me that and a cup of fresh tea with a little sugar and milk and I'm in heaven! While delicious, it's not so healthy.

Be real and make a list of what you can relish and what you can try to relinquish!
