I'm so annoyed with my inability to keep consistent. I truly want my lifestyle to change. But it's so easy to go back to old habits. I've been dealing with a lot of depression and anxiety issues, which always distracts me from my goals. Even more frustrating is that I KNOW that consistently working out and eating clean take care of so much of my depression and anxiety. It's a viscous cycle that I'd LOVE to break! I'm hoping this is the kick in the oomph I need to get back on track!
