I have PCOS and have been told many times that diet and excerise helps to improve the systomes of PCOS. I have told my self that i have tried to loose weight but reaaly I dont think I have tried hard enough. I am giving the dietbet the best that I can give and hope that it works. My hope to keep do challenges until I reach my goal weight, Hopefully this will keep me motivated and on track.
