I figured I would post here until my new site is up. I'm spoiled and have a web developer for a fiance so I'm getting a fancy new website for my business (branding consultant for small businesses).

I'm excited for what this New Year is going to bring. I've had a pretty rough 6 months with having major surgery as well as still having digestive issues that have not been diagnosed. I've been tried and tested these past few months... and at times, my positive, bubbly self almost seemed to disappear. I'm ready to get healthy so my doctor's can no longer say that's a huge reason why I've been so sick... and if that fixes the problem(s)... bonus!

I originally strayed away from the low FODMAP diet my new doctor (a D.O. not an M.D.) prescribed to see if it would help because I wasn't seeing a difference... so I thought. Stomach issues are back, so I ran back to the diet. I plan on staying strict on it for at least a month before re-introducing different foods. I love her (my doctor), but all she did was hand me a sheet of approved/disapproved foods. Personal research (*ahem* Google) proved that there is SO MUCH MORE than just what you can and cannot eat... as well as the fact that it's not a forever diet.

Fiance did an amazing job with our budget this month and alotted more money to spend on groceries. I finally feel like I was able to shop for food the way I wanted. I don't feel like we are completely there yet, but with where our finances are now, we are doing amazing.

Yoga today along with working on the branding of a few businesses including my own. I'm feeling super centered and at peace today. What a great Sunday! Excited to tackle this week head on. 2016 is the year I work on me so I'm at a place where I can use my passions to serve others. :)

YAY for jumbled thoughts. lol
