Hello diet bettors. I hope you all are doing well! 1 more week to go, crunch time. I started this bet at 141.5lbs and have bn clean eating and exercising in the am and pm everyday since about a WK before the bet. I did not own a scale until just 2 days ago, and I was feeling so confident that I had lost the weight. All the signs were there; the belt is back on, I feel amazing and I can see the improvements I'm making in my body. Stepping on the scale I my weight read 144!!! What what WHAT! Wait I'm doing it all right! WTH!? so I have come to an understanding that I may lose my 100 because I have been building muscle while burning fat. This bet has helped me get back into my routine but I'm kinda bummed because I have worked so hard all day everyday to be like my quote says. " to be the healthiest person I can be."
