Hi,
Well today, I weigh 40 lbs more than I should or want to. I've been carrying this weight for years and now it's time to do something about it. I am enrolled in Weight Watchers. I am working out with a personal trainer twice a week. I am aiming for another two exercise sessions per week. And I am cutting my craving for sugar and carbs.
My prophecy is that in 28 days I will lose at least 8 pounds and continue in that vein until the 40 lbs are GONE GONE GONE!
