A new year is almost upon us. It seems the older I get, the time between each Christmas becomes shorter and shorter. This makes me think about how much time we waste not doing the right thing with healthy living. We are so apt to make excuses. If pursuing a lifestyle of health and desiring weight loss are a goal, imagine how much could be accomplished if we would commit to one year. That one year that goes by so quickly. One year is a short amount of time when most of us are given 80+ years.
