Just like everyone, every year I made new year resolutions. However, healthy lifesyle in eating and exercising never really "works."

I have been a Blogilates fan since this summer.

Cassey's most recent video has inspired me:

this time, DO NOT WAIT until New Year! START NOW and get that hot body I always want by New Year's Eve!

 

 

 

 

 

 

  

 I then randomly browse the web for tips and found Cassey held dietBet before. I was like, WHAT IS THIS?! THIS IS SUPER COOL! And, what I found is even COOLER! I not only found this meal plan, Teresa's Color Yourself Skinny Detox Diet, (I've tried Cassey's meal plan before, but it was so hard to stick with. I got bored in the middle)

 

 

 

 

 

but also a community supporting each other on this journey of healthy lifestyle!

My goal for this next month:

1. follow Color Myself Skinny detox diet 

2. follow blogilates November workout calender

Here is the meal plan I have ready for next week! Isn't it colorful and wonderful! Gonna do my grocery shopping after school today and I will for sure share with you guys my daily meal as I walk it through in the next month!
