2015 is almost here and I have been thinking about the things I want to invite into my life and the things I want to get rid of. Obviously I want to get rid of some extra pounds, but I believe that is only one aspect. I also want to let go of bad feelings I have for people who once wronged me and I want to find out what I really want to do job wise. I don't want to hold on to things/jobs/people that don't add to my happiness.

These are going to be the two big topics of 2015 for me. But there is also a list of smaller things I want to do in the next twelve month - and of course also some things I want to stop. Eating when I am not hungry, For instance. But I also finally want to learn to do a proper yoga headstand, I would like to stay in a Spanish speaking country for while to improve my language skills, and I want to stop taking my iPad to bed - and it would be great to take someone to bed I truly love instead... ;-)

I think this is something I can work with - or towards. And even if my headstand is still wobly come next year. The goal is that I am happier and not unhappier, than I am now. Adding lots of small and large happy moments in 2015. This will also help losing weight, I am certain. :-)
