Ok so 2015 is already arrived,,,, why is it that EVERYONE decides to Lose weight?? Well Im No exception, over the last five years ive gone through so much health wise, a number of surgeries and recoup time as well as at the time being in the Military, going back to school, purchasing my first home and then dealing with my Hubby being deployed for almost two years leaving myself and our three children and my 18 yr old sister at home, its been rough, but some how I've come out , I found Buddhism, Yoga, Zuzka ( I started your workouts after my first surgery back in 2009-2010, timeframe and I was down in the 120's felt awesome, Thank You for that), Meditation, But life sometimes accumalates too much at ionce and last year was no joke started with another surgery whish was suppose to be a 4 week recoup time last four months , horrible experienc, ended up dropping out of school because of it and just so much going on. My wonderful Husband is back and like 40 pounds lighter , He actually HAS ABS!!!... Just motivated me to dstart working out again, something so simple as taking care of ourselves can be pushed back to get business taken care of, I missed my running, use to be in cross country in H.S. And I LOVE IT.... Yes Im one "Of those" I can run all day if i had the time ... but just over the last 2 weeks ive been taking sopmetime out for me, and Then Lovely Zuzka came up with this challenge!!! Perfect timing and even More motivation forme NOT TO GIVE UP!!!! ..... So come on EVERYONE LETS DO THIS!!!!
