For months now I have been dealing with neck and shoulder pain. Just hoping and praying for some relief. While I knew in the back of my mind if I started eating healthy and exercising I would feel better; I didnt listen. Well I am glad to say I finally got my stubborn self out of this rut I was in. I am eating better and started working out again. I am just taking it one day at a time; once choice at a time. It is really paying on off not to put so much pressure on myself and just taking it slow. With less than 2 weeks left of the challenge I feel confident in myself that I can do this! And so can anyone else who puts their mind too it!!!!!!!!
