Small steps or changes add up to be life changes and results. Its okay to have days that are better than other in terms of what you eat. Just make sure you come back to your healthy ways. Your human your going to want a chip or cookie lol. But another factor to take in to consideration is whats in the chip or cookie. Try to get food that have better ingredients with less chemicals and dyes in them. Lastly, try to still do whatever makes you feel good and at your best. Believe me some days that chip makes me feel great but overall i can tell the difference when i'm eating better or not so much. I was doing pretty good in staying away form the food I used to love but i've been enjoying them a little bit too much. This bet is my new push of motivation to get my head back in the game. Money always makes things better. Well at least most of the time :O
