So it's been a minute since I had been to a gym. Far too embarrassed because of my looks to even step foot into "healthy heaven". I did small workouts at home, pushing myself as far as I could,  but eventually I gave up because it was too easy to give up because what did I have to lose?  I joined this website with a goal and I knew I would need to push myself further than ever.  Time to join the gym.  Son of a gun! I was too fat to walk into that place.  How many of us have thought this?  We need to get into shape before we go to the gym.  Really?! Well I broke down and joined.  With my husband beside me and my best friend coaching me I knew it was the right move.  It has now been one week of exercises and I feel good.  Sore,  but good. I workout late at night simply because I work odd hours and don't get off till midnight most nights.  I see noticeable differences and I feel amazing. I took the stairs the other day and didn't get winded,  I eat more now because my motabolism has sky rocketed, but I'm eating smarter too. So in conclusion, week one of the gym had tears,  laughter, and RESULTS! Can't wait to start my second week tomorrow night and see what new changes happen.  

Nights at the gym= 4 nights at roughly 2 hours a night.
