So every Sunday I do a 'weekly roundup' video to summarize how that week went for my blog. This is all part of me continuously pushing myself out of my comfort zone and putting myself out there.  I actually video every weekly weigh-in I do as well and add that video to the end of my summary video.  eeek. Lol. Every week I am starting to feel more and more comfortable in front of the camera.  I mean, I still fumble over my words sometimes and lose my train of thought (haha), but it gets easier and easier.

The first video is the summary.  Basically, I cover things like:

  • Pros and cons of the week
  • Favorite menu item
  • Workout and weight goals accomplished that I set for myself
  • Goal setting for the following week
  • Weekly Weigh-in (this is a live video)

The second video is a Q & A session.  My friends and co-workers are always asking me questions, so I answer them here.  This week's two questions were:

  • You eat eggs almost every day...don't you get tired of eating the same thing?
  • Do you have an area of your body that you dislike the most? If so, what is it?
