Hi Everyone! Summer is here, and my biggest fear comes with that..You know the one where you told yourself you would not let another winter go by of being lazy and eating fast food all the time! Yep that happened. So now I am taking this challenge to find my motivation again, and let my slum of a winter cry itself out of my fat burning away haha! So lets make this happen share with me your favorite recipes and work outs and I will do the same with you all! Tonight it is Pork chops and Asparagus on the grill. I am only eating a palm size pork chop and as much green vegetables as my heart desires ..lets be frank, it will only be a bout 2 cups total! I am taking in all my carbs during snacks today with Fruit and a fiber one bar! I added my favorite things to my water bottle today watermelon, cucumber and lemon...YUM! Breakfast, Water, protein smoothie and coffee..I WILL NEVER be able to give that up! So share with me what you love and be successful for yourself :) Have a great day!
