It was absolutely delicious, except for the fact it tasted more like mexican chicken than creole! It tasted more like a chicken tortilla soup....but no tortilla. I know what I am going to do to tweak it though. I had a bowl with cheese and sour cream on top and it was bliss. It is snowing/sleeting/freezing raining here in Louisiana and this really did hit the spot. I posted the recipe on a previous post. I share a lot of stuff on my instagram @mandapalooza
