I am the mother of two small children.  My daughter is 3 1/2 years old and my son is 11 months old.  When I was pregnant with my son I gained quite a bit of weight.  64 pounds.  I ate whatever I wanted.  I ate donuts, ice cream, basically anything that looked good, I went ahead and ate.  If it was bad for you, that is what I wanted to eat. 
Towards the end of my pregnancy I was feeling sluggish and just like a blob.  I knew I had to do something about my weight, to get back to healthy. 
And I did.  When I went into labor with my second child, I was 196 pounds.  Eleven months later I am maintaining a 67-68 pound weight loss.  I have been maintaining a weight of 128-129.
