Well...I feel like my journey to Healthy me is made of first days and first days... 

How can I make this different, to work this time?

My rules of this month:

- Patience... to lose 20 pounds in 1 month is not sustainable so this time I will take my time and appreciate the journey without pressure. It is not about few months, it is a Life change.

- You guys!!! to be part of a group with same objectives is a big support :) Hope to share some tips !

- Believe: Look ahead proudly and make it happen!

Anyway Day 1 : 

- 1290 Calories

- Workout Cardio: -250 Calories
