So, since the challenge started I discovered that I have something called Hashimoto's Disease (think immune system attacking thyroid); which messes with, pretty much everything in your body.  From cholesterol, to weight, moods, energy, etc.

But I was not going to let something like that, take me down; if anything it motivated me even more.

My point:  Yes, its been hard to learn that in 3 wks I've only been able to lose 5.2 lbs; but hey I'm getting in shape and I HAVE lost some weight, which is really great news!!!

The best part of this is, I only have 3.1 more pounds to go by the end of this challenge and even if I don't get there by then; I'm proud to say that I've actually lost inches in my body, so the weight doesn't matter as much.  (At least, to me, at this moment)

Here are my before and after measurements:

Bust:   48.00  now 47.25

Waist: 44.75  now 43.00

Hips:   46.00  now 45.50

spare tire: 47.00  now 45.00  

 

Add them all together, and that's around 5"!!!!  8D  Happy dance...
