I am 47 y/o and 256.6 lbs.  Gained 100 lbs with my first child and 30 more with my second 11.5 months later.  I proceded to have 2 more kids after that.  My oldest daughter will be 20 in November.  I think I need to live in the now.  Started working out at a gym 1 year 6 month ago and would'nt trade what I have gained from that.  Now I need to step it up and be fully successful.  I love food sometimes more that I would love to be thin.  My goal is simple at this point.  I want to be in regular sizes.  I wear a size 20 and I want to wear a size 16.  When I get there we will see if I want to go any farther.  I am unable at this time to do a complete sit up due to the size of my belly.  I am unable to run any longer due to a left knee that keeps me from doing so.  My philosophy is that if I lose weight I would be able to run again.  My goal for the next year is to run a 5k without walking.  Sooooooo, Size 16, complete sit up and 5k here I come!!!!!
