I'm hosting my very first DietBet, and I'm nervous! I'm down 80lbs so far but my motivation is lacking and I don't want the weight to start creeping up! I still want to lose another 20 lbs. I started an IG to encourage people in my DietBet too @healthymombod but I want everyone who joins to feel encouraged and that I'm cheering them on!! I'd love any tips on how you run a successful DietBet. I'd also love to be part of the coaches circle- are you automatically added once you reach the requirements? Thanks so much!!
