The end of 2016 I had reached my heaviest ever. 263+ lbs. After my wife had our twins I just didn't have time to workout consistently and eat right. Too tired, too busy, too broke, whatever the excuse was that day. 

I needed to change a lot! I was over weight for the military and was flagged due to weight. In the National Guard it's not a consistent threat as you only drill once a month and no one really checks up on you to make sure you're working out and staying fit. 

I joined Dietbet in November 2016 as I needed some extra motivation. I figured that being a very frugel person this was my greatest motivation. The only thing I hated wasting more than food was money. So I bet on myself. I lost weight and got a great return on my money and I continued to see results and cash. I joined dietbet after dietbet to stay motivated. 

By the end of 2017 I hed met my goals, finished up my dietbets and thought I was good to go. Down to my goal weight at 200 and thought I needed a break. January I just quit eating right, running, working out, I had met my goals and just stopped. It took over a year to get the weight off, and less than three weeks to put half of it right back on! Such a demoralizing thing. 

So I am back. I have a better plan and joined the max dietbets I could and I'm ready to get back to my goal and keep it that way this time. I worked too hard to just go back to fat me.
